As a mother and a healthcare worker, I was terrified looking at my son gasping for air with a Sat of 77%. I was worried about not being able to visit or being kept informed. The communication with the ICU was excellent and Christina maintained a kind and caring attitude towards my son. Whenever we called, she never hesitated to answer my calls with a soothing and reassuring tone I will always treasure. She provided quality, compassionate, and kind service. She was always able to give me an update on my son’s condition and inform me of the plan of care.
