Nikki has taken care of my mother several times during her time at Gottlieb. Nikki is so caring and compassionate towards my mother and family. Even when my mother wasn't on her assigned list, she would stop and check in to say hello before she left for the day. My entire family felt very cared for by Nikki . We completely trusted in the level of care she provided my mom. She went out of their way (in my opinion) to make sure my mom got a specialty bed to minimize bed sores and make my mom comfortable in her final days.
