Krista kept on coming back to our room and assured us that she was communicating with the physician and patient relation until she told us that the physician allowed me to be with my child and wife.
I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to Krista; she left a remarkable memory in my mind and heart. I am a father of a child who was admitted to the hospital. I came with my wife and child but unfortunately, we were told that we cannot stay together as we were informed that only one of us will stay. Our situation was different because I cannot leave my wife alone to care for our child, and I, too, cannot leave her alone at home. I asked the staff to find a way for us.

A patient relations officer came to explain to us that it may not be possible. At that time, our nurse was Krista; she assured us that she will talk to the physician about our case. She did call the physician and explained to him our situation. I felt and saw that she is doing her best to help us. I was concerned that we may need to leave because of the situation. She kept on coming back to our room and assured us that she was communicating with the physician and patient relation until she told us that the physician allowed me to be with my child and wife. I was really happy at that time and almost in tears because of relief and gratitude. I can only express my thanks to her and wish her this award. I want to thank her and all the staff of the hospital. My heartfelt gratitude for the excellent service and for understanding us. Thank you, Krista, for me, my wife, and my child.
