I wanted to take a few moments to express how grateful my husband and I were for your professional, competent, and generous care while we were in Rehab. On days when I saw your name on the schedule, I would take a deep sigh because I knew it was going to be a good day because I knew I was guaranteed to have the best nurse on the floor.

Carol Ann is caring, compassionate, a patient advocate, professional and competent. She not only took care of my husband but she always took time for me also. She didn’t care how busy she was she always took the time to speak to me and genuinely ask, "And how are you doing? Are you ready for him to go home?” No matter my response she always had the best advice. Your advice and guidance in our final days were especially helpful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
