P- Passion for Nursing and the Care you Provide (Compassion) Rachelle started to work in Medical Nursing Unit as a staff nurse, having her in the department helps the unit to be organized. Then she was transferred to Surgical Nursing Unit for 2 months, then again was transferred to Pediatric Nursing Unit until today. She is reliable, friendly, easy to talk to, and easily adjusted to the environment. She consistently goes above expectations.

E- Empathy in the Situation (Compassion) She has a special connection to patients, she shows kindness and treats patients with respect. She listens to them attentively and takes action on what’s right and best for the patient.

T- Trust and Teamwork of Families, Patients, and Peers (Confidence) She has the ability to lift up Or encourage health workers, patients, and relatives, for she can communicate openly to others. She has the ability to lead by example, it is when they need staff from other departments; she volunteers to handle patients, for lack of manpower when Covid-19 surge in the hospital.

A- Admirable Attributes Possessed (Competence) She is a good role model of attitude, has a good work ethic, is competent and efficient. She can easily adapt to any changes, is willing to learn and improve for the better.

L- Love for the Patient and Nursing Profession (Commitment) She never stops giving, she has a heart that is willing to give. She gives emotional support by holding the hands of relatives and patients when they need support and comfort.

S-Selflessness (Conscientiousness) She is kind, admired because she is a role model for everyone. She extends help to other departments, teaches new nurses, and also helps with preceptorship when needed. She treats everyone with kindness, respect, and with a positive attitude towards others.
