Kim has always been the type to step in to assist another nurse when needed. She is extremely knowledgeable about women's health and in particular the workflow and needs of the midwives. On a personal level, Kim has stepped in to take over or assist when patients are late leaving the clinic, knowing that I have to leave in time to pick my kids up. She has said to me, "I've been there," and it has meant so much and been so helpful to have that kind of nurse and support on this team. Thanks for being so understanding and for jumping in to help so that I can do the things I need to do for my #1 job as a mom. It means a ton and helps to make this place and this unit such a great place to work.
