Steve Reingruber has stepped up and gone above and beyond during this delta variant surge and worked when and where he is needed. Often working 5 shifts a week and routinely working 4 shifts a week to fill holes and cover shortages. He goes where the need is without question, putting the needs of the community, hospital, and coworkers above his own, and even above his family at times.
