I underwent two life-changing procedures in the same week. David was present in the PACU for the first. He was able to put me at ease with his down-to-earth attitude. He then found out about my second procedure and came to my room the day before it was scheduled and told me he and two other team members had signed up to be on my case and not to worry. He listened to me and made me more comfortable during an emotionally and physically challenging time. He proved he truly does care and has a kind heart. In PACU he made sure I wasn’t hurting and was there for me. He went above and beyond his PACU duties and I just want to thank him.
