My significant other has been in many hospitals over the past four years; we have not come across a nurse such as Jenn Posnick. She has the most patience of anyone I know, she is caring kind, professional, humble, and totally compassionate with my significant other and I (and all of her patients.) She listened to him attentively even when he repeated himself over and over; even though she had heard it before.

When she is on shifts she answers the call bell quickly and efficiently; she was just always right there. Jenn went above and beyond to make both of us comfortable during this difficult time and she did it without making us feel like a burden or that we were bothering her. Jenn always has a smile and is upbeat; she obviously loves what she does and it definitely shows. In our opinion she is more than an extraordinary nurse, she is an angel here on earth. Jenn is one nurse we will never forget.

Jen cared for rme for several weeks; she was exemplary in all facets of patient care. She was cheerful, professional, and displayed superior knowledge that greatly enhanced my stay. Even when she was heald over for a double shift, the only indication that had happened was the passage of time; her demeanor and enthusiasm did not diminish one iota. I was very impressed with her to say the least; she is an asset to the VA and I am proud that she serves the Veterans.
