I wanted to share a huge compliment a patient gave to Jen as her Labor Nurse. The patient was sexually assaulted at age 13 and became pregnant. Additionally, she was molested as a child. As you can imagine, she had a great deal of anxiety as she prepared for the vaginal delivery of 36-week twins. The patient told me she could not have done it without Jen and that she was "just as good as having her mother there with her." She could not say enough about her experience thanks to Jen and how she felt safe and protected with her there. Great Job Jen! You made a huge difference in the patient's experience.
