Shift after shift Michelle constantly is a team player. Anytime anyone needs anything she is there and steps up when she is the Charge Nurse. Not only does she make sure her team assignments are all taken care of, but she also goes out of her way and helps others nurses and PCTs get their assignments completed. She is an awesome patient advocate! She is compassionate to each of her patients. She is truly a delight to work with!
