Passion–Joanna, since joining Bellflower team Full-time, has demonstrated compassionate attention to the needs of the patients that she provides UR services for, and the support she lends to the nurses is done with kindness and a collaborative spirit.

Joanna exemplifies the DAISY attributes in her role leading the Utilization Review dept here at Bellflower. Her approach to healthcare is positive, collaborative, and professional. Her nursing spirit and care in her role are exceptional.
