Deb made me forget I was alone and provided a much-needed laugh and smile.
A patient that had Deb as his nurse twice stated, “So very happy that the first person I saw when they moved me to the 4th floor was Nurse Deb! I was even more delighted when she was assigned to my care…. I felt like I was the only patient in the hospital."

She let me know I was going to be taken care of and she was right.

Deb had a wonderful bedside manner and we talk about anything and everything. During COVID regulations when we are limited visitors it can be lonely. Deb made me forget I was alone and provided a much-needed laugh and smile. Having several nurses in my family, I felt like she was treating me like her family. She is one in a million!
