I would like to nominate and recognize Cierra Rollins for her repeated efforts to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our patients inside and outside of our work environment. It is customary that we (department) adopt a few families for holiday meals. We usually identify a few that have outstanding needs and really try to help support them through the holiday. This year, Cierra took that tradition and went way beyond our expectations. Through her efforts, Cierra secured the resources, coordinated all the ingredients needed for an exceptional meal, identified the patients that could benefit, and organized pick up/delivery for 26 meals! Because of Cierra's heart to serve and help others, we all proudly got to see how one person can make such a difference in someone else's life. We had people Praising God in our Lobby, and crying in our rooms. We are so appreciative of the servant's heart Cierra displayed this year and proud that she is one of our team members!
