Cayley has gone above in many ways. She has made our NICU stay easier in many ways and without her, this stressful time would be unbearable. She has personalized my daughter’s room consistently and made sure that we feel at "home". With the holidays coming, she has taken it upon herself to decorate for us. Cayley has used her time outside of work to put effort into making my daughter's stay easier. She has truly treated us as a part of the family. She's spent her time educating us on my daughter's needs and helping us understand her better. She has shown clinically that she is extraordinary in the caring of my daughter. She has taught us a few "tricks" to make our daughter more comfortable. She has shown my wife and me how to make her feel better when we handle her. She's caring, soft, nurturing, and always cheerful. She can lighten the mood when there is a problem, or we need advice. She will always be a nurse that I will trust and rely on. Her care for not just my daughter but my wife and me as her parents has been ABOVE and BEYOND. I cannot describe the number of things she has taught us, the things she has done for us, and the amount of love for her profession shows every day. We absolutely love the nursing staff, but Cayley has truly become family and we will cherish her forever. She has made the largest impact in such a short time.
