Shelby received her DAISY award nomination from numerous patients. I was treated like family. Shelby was extremely professional and helped me at a time when I needed it the most."

She feels that Shelby meets the following criteria: Leadership, maintains the trust and confidence of all with whom she engages: "Shelby is the epitome of a compassionate nurse.
