I call her “The Angel Jeanna”. I have been working as a PCT II in this organization since 2004. I have the opportunity to help hundreds of sick people along with many RNs, yet I have not met a person like Jeanna. She never complains about loads and busy shifts. She never says anything but positive things about her patients and co-workers. Always smiling, always the first to answer call lights, first to step in when things get tough. Jeanna makes my night shift easy (due to) her teamwork, ethics, and positive attitude. I love my work more when I work alongside Jeanna. She deserves recognition as much as other nurses. As one of her patients stated, "Jeanna was delightfully attentive and provided excellent and caring care. She remembered to bring me ice cream!"
