Ally was very special to our family because she made us feel very comfortable and gave us a sense of security since we knew that we had one of the best nurses in the hospital. She always explained to us everything she did with my daughter and provided us with whatever we needed. The worry and sadness that we felt went away when we saw that my daughter was having good patient care and was in good hands as well.
