The people involved in the recovery room were extremely special. I knew that I had the option to go home that night and I felt strongly that it would be best for me. But there were some initial issues in how things were handled and the window closed. I was told by the nurse that I had to stay overnight. Nurse Flores spent a lot of time with me. We were fortunate that things were slow and he did not have another patient to attend to so we got through it more quickly. He spent at least 40 minutes on the phone with pharmacies to get my medication transferred to a 24-hour pharmacy. He taught me how to go up and down the practice stairs and how to inject the Lovenox. He gave me very detailed instructions on my Meds. I cannot commend Ronaldo enough. He was caring and kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much!
