Tiffany extends the Healing Ministry of Christ by offering compassionate care to all her patients. Her team members were greatly impressed when Tiffany went above and beyond to comfort a COVID-19 patient suffering from the sudden loss of his wife. This patient was admitted with COVID-19, while his wife was battling COVID-19 at another local hospital. During his stay, he received the terrible news that his wife’s health was declining. He was able to be on speakerphone to coordinate with doctors and staff for his wife’s care. Tiffany became aware of the situation and stayed by his side as the family decided to terminate life support. As the patient said his final goodbye to his wife, Tiffany was able to provide comfort and support. She encouraged him to continue his fight against COVID-19. Even when her shift ended, Tiffany stayed with the patient so he wouldn’t be alone in his grief.
