Andrew was a doll. He was attentive and never made us feel guilty for wanting to stay with our loved one in the room after he passed, and the ED was very busy. Andrew is definitely in the correct line of work. He even took “a million phone calls” from family and was patient and answered our questions each time. When we had to go to the local funeral home to finalize services it was much more comfortable and felt like home because of Andrew and how well he treated all of us during a very difficult time.
