Tibebu is respectful, caring, compassionate, and empathetic. Every day when he arrives to work, he does his best to ensure that all the patients are safe, and that staff have their needs met while working on 6 North. Tibebu has worked for Adventist Health Care for over a decade providing world class service to every patient that is encountered. Mr. Tibebu Kebede, 6N ANM was hired in February 2011 and has worked diligently to elevate the care that is provided to patients in his clinical practice area. As a new leader on 6 North, Tibebu advocates to improve the culture on the unit so all employees and patients can be extended God’s care. Tibebu is a dynamic new leader who always remains professional and engaged to complete his daily tasks. He has worked to bridge the gap related to staffing challenges, advocates for fair assignments for his employees, and has brought the department into regulatory compliance based on the Joint Commission regulatory standards. Tibebu, thank you for your service and we are proud to have you as a leader at White Oak Medical Center.
