Ma Libery's clinical skill and especially compassionate care exemplify the kind of nurse that our patients, their families, and our staff recognize as an outstanding role model as per criteria, During this pandemic situation of COVID- 19, it has been a very challenging and stressful time to all of us. And yet, there is a nurse who stood up, and continuously portrays the role of our Florence Nightingale by patiently and compassionately screening patients for COVID 19 at the FCM gate.

To ensure each and everyone’s protection by following the hospital protocol. There were many days and instances that she had struggles in telling and reminding patients that are refusing, and staff that are ignoring and she never stops until they follow. This act was even recognized by our security and registration colleagues. They appreciated her positive attitude and maintained her composure by dealing with clients politely and cheerfully.

Ma. Libery truly exhibits the essence of nursing, due to her persistence in supporting the organization’s goal of patient safety. She untiringly and wholeheartedly performed her nursing role in spite of these very demanding days. Kudos to her exceptional flexibility and enthusiasm.
