Ms. Suhaila joined SFH in 2013. Ms. Suhaila has a very pleasant personality, excellent nursing skills and she is always ready to help either her colleagues, patients, or their families.

One example of her excellent nursing skills was an early recognition of a deteriorating patient after major surgery. She strongly advocated for the patient which lead to fast action from the medical team. She is always keeping a guardian eye on her patients and colleagues. She is bringing new splendid ideas on how to improve services to our patients. She never says no and she is ready to provide alternative solutions for any challenges. Her calm and warm personality makes you comfortable and safe. Working with her is always a pleasure.

Ms. Suhaila treats patients and their families with care and compassion. She exceeds expectations by understanding and anticipating the needs of her patients. I’m sure this is only one of many examples of her extraordinary care. This nurse’s clinical skill and especially her organizational and compassionate care exemplify the kind of nurse that our patients, their families, and our staff recognize as an outstanding role model as per criteria.
