Sydney worked non-stop with a wonderful, upbeat, positive attitude. We never had to ask for her assistance one time. She was always one step ahead. She made my dad laugh and kept things lighthearted, which improved his outlook tremendously. She was also very sensitive to the needs of my mother, making sure that she was comfortable and had everything she needed. Sydney went above and beyond the normal role of an RN. She is a very in-tune, intelligent, leader and Grandview is blessed to have her as a part of their team!

Sydney has gone above and beyond caring for my grandmother. She called to give updates without request, and as a nurse myself, I so appreciate that time and effort. She is extremely thorough and genuine. I appreciate her going the extra mile. My anxiety is at ease knowing she is caring for my grandmother. Thank you is not enough.
