Adebola is a good nurse, she is very professional in her approach towards her work, whether it is at JCCP meetings, or when attending to patient matters. She is excellent at maintaining patient records. She has empathy towards all patients and her colleagues and treats everyone with respect and dignity. Adebola is able to carry out her duty as a complex care nurse with great proficiency, she is able to carry out various physical tasks, lift heavy equipment and supplies to patients’ homes, and a majority of the time, she works late to complete patient assessments to ensure it is ready for Joint complex care panel. She has a sense of humour in difficult situations and she is able to mitigate stressful situations better since her role as Complex Care Nurse. She is an amazing nurse who takes steps in providing patient care and pays careful attention to detail and makes sure she does not miss out on any important information in the continuing care assessment domains. She has the ability to mitigate problems quickly as she will anticipate and address problems before they arise. She is extremely hard-working, empathetic, and puts diligence into all her work. Additionally, she has not taken time off for sickness in the last two years which reflects her commitment to her role.
