I was a patient on a holiday. I was depressed to be away from my family. Logan came in bright and cheerful as my nurse. He was so polite about my personal care and even offered an orderly. He was considerate of my age and disabilities; he was always courteous and informative. I had not brought anything with me from the Dr.'s office. He helped me with many things, even my dentures. The thing I appreciated most about him was his story. This job was his first job and he had stayed with it because he loved caring for people. He was always cheerful, kind, and considerate after a 13-hour shift. Also, he thanked me for being a good patient. As I left, I felt I was leaving a friend. He made my stay one that was not so lonely. He even called my family on his own phone - while they were all together for the holiday. He loaned me his personal phone when I needed one!! I even talked to the cook at my family celebration! He did many small things that few caregivers do. I believe this RN is a special caregiver who really is dedicated to doing well with mutual respect while addressing the needs of his patients. Thanks, Logan!
