Miriam is smiley and cheerful and makes me feel happy which helped in changing my psychological status during my 2 month stay at the hospital. She is also respectful, with high morals, and appreciates all patients.

when Nurse Miriam enters a patient room, she says good morning with her smiley face and motivational tone. One situation that I can't forget was when I refused to eat my meal. She encouraged me to eat while telling jokes and chatting with me so I finished the whole meal without noticing. Also, while accompanying me to my Cleveland Clinic appointment, she kept asking me about my situation and if I was comfortable. All thanks and appreciation.
