Becky is an amazing RN. It’s hard to pinpoint one specific time, but the other day one of our patients no longer could fit in their shoes. They had earned the privilege to walk outside, but her shoes did not fit so she wasn’t going to be able to go. Becky allowed her to wear a pair of shoes she had so she could go outside. It was extremely thoughtful. Becky is always thinking of the patient and wants them to feel noticed and cared for. She always makes time to help them with anything on the unit and even when we’re limited here, she does whatever she can to problem solve and make their experience a positive one. Also, Becky is an amazing team player. I always feel so confident when working with Becky and any complication arises. She really talks with everyone as a team and helps everyone brainstorm together. Becky is such an amazing nurse and just has the biggest heart! Her positive attitude is truly contagious!
