My dad passed away in your facility recently. His nurse, Tyler, was the perfect example of a professional with just the right dose of compassion. He not only took excellent care of my daddy, a very sick man, but he explained everything that was being done and handled my daddy with tender loving care. He comforted my mom and was patient with her even when she would repeat herself or really not always understand what all was being said. As the life support was taken from my dad and we spent our last hour with him, Tyler explained every step and assured us my daddy was in no pain. He gave us just the right amount of privacy as we said our goodbyes and was there immediately when my daddy passed away. He was so gentle with my mom that she commented on him several times on our three hour drive home. He explained everything that we needed to know about how things would work after daddy passed, taking undue stress off of my momma. We will be eternally grateful to this young man for what I am sure thinks was “just doing his job”. Please let him know how much he is appreciated by our family.
