I have the pleasure of working alongside Lisa a lot. She always pours 100% of her heart into every patient she cares for. She makes sure her patients have fresh linen and baths and provides the most gentle, loving care to both her patients and their families.

Last week we had a tiny patient born and Lisa's assessment skills were above and beyond. She advocated all of her shift to get this tiny baby the care and testing he needed and it turned out she was right. She went above and beyond and even made sure this baby’s mama got some TLC and a moment to hold her baby. This baby’s care and life would be exceedingly different if Lisa had not been so skilled with her assessment. She is one of the best, most caring, wonderful, highly skilled nurses that work in our unit and we are so lucky to be able to call her one of our co-workers. She truly is a great asset to our facility and to our community.
