Teresa made our experience for the delivery and aftercare a success due to her genuine and canny nature. She ensured to answer all of our questions including examples and drawings when we wanted to understand better. The two moments that stick out the most are:

1. She explained why my epidural only worked on one side and helped us decide how to move forward by giving us personal examples.

2. She explained jaundice by drawing and making sure, we knew it is nothing we did wrong. Of all the nurses we had, Teresa was by far the most caring and helpful through a very important time in our lives!
