I am writing to you in regards to the care my daughter received at your facility. I wanted to personally write and tell you the amazing work your team did. I imagine you get compliments all the time about the quality of medical care that your staff provides! That's not the reason for my reaching out today - I am writing to let you know how incredibly compassionate and caring your team was! I will be forever grateful for how your team helped my 23-year-old daughter navigate upon receiving a diagnosis that she has MS. I especially want you to be aware of the amazing work of Jodi Kokoski Dumond. I am tearing up right now while I try to come up with the words to say how eternally grateful I will forever be to her for how she lovingly, with a mother's instinct, knew that my daughter needed her family and made arrangements for myself and her sister to be allowed to join her mother to comfort her upon the neurologist delivering the news. There were many others who all were incredibly kind, polite and respectful. I can only imagine what your team has been through since March of 2020. I wouldn't have blamed them one bit if they were distant, quiet, all business or, even a bit jaded! But the truth is, they were the complete opposite and that is what I will remember! That is what I will try and carry with me from a pretty dark day in my life and I am forever grateful!
