Tam is an amazing nurse. She is caring, professional, and observant. Understand that I come from a family of nurses. My mother was a nurse and so is my daughter. The love, hard work, and dedication that she showed my son was the highest level. Our 24-year-old son had a heart attack. He came in on a Friday and was placed in the neuro ICU. I now realize that they did not expect him to survive let alone have any brain function. We had to drive 10 hours through the night from California to Arizona to get to the hospital. Tam came in on her day off after taking care of him for two consecutive days to see him being taken off the ventilator. She said that she could not sleep and that this is what makes her job so rewarding. It was the longest wait and walk until that day. She never gave us false hope. Instead, she was honest with us. He was responding when we walked into the room, but he was out of it. My son is going to make a full recovery and is a walking miracle. We love her and she is a true DAISY Nurse.
