Ramona was my main RN during my induction/delivery of my daughter. I cannot say enough great things about her. She was so kind and supportive throughout my entire visit! What stood out to me the most was her support through my epidural, where I was poked an ungodly amount of times in my back because they had problems getting it started. She held my shoulders and talked me through it, even wiping my tears when I was crying because of contractions + big needle = big ouch! She was very kind to me and my husband because since it was our first child, I had (rightfully) no clue what was going on. My daughter decided that she didn’t want to come out easy and the decision had to be made whether to continue for a vaginal birth or have her via C-section. Ramona kept me informed on all that was going to happen and now I have a beautiful daughter who is safe and healthy. She truly deserves all the DAISYs and my husband agrees!
