Klaudia was a godsend. She went out of her way, bending over backward at times, to ensure not just that my grandmother's final days were spent in relative comfort, but that our family's concerns, needs, requests, and, at times, demands were fully addressed. Klaudia was excellent at explaining the medication that we were administering and why we were doing so. Klaudia supported our decision to cease administering the medication in question. With that out of the way, my concern was largely with keeping my grandmother pain-free in her final days. Klaudia laid out exactly how to do that, providing us with a medication regimen in which she fully explained why we were administering what were and how this would help my grandmother. My grandmother passed peacefully in her sleep...and it was Klaudia who arrived to pronounce. Her compassion during this time outshone the church pastor and even the funeral home personnel. She was wonderful and deserves all the recognition that can be given to her.
