He has an amazingly positive attitude. He explains things in a way I completely understood and was very patient with all the many, many questions I had!! I came back into the hospital due to having a severe infection! Saying that I was upset and in a bad place was an understatement! Austin’s positivity and caring made all the difference in the world. He listened, held my hand, and took the time to explain things to me. He helped me get through some dark moments! All the nurses have been great – but Austin went above and beyond for me and it meant the world! I can tell the nurses on the floor are working in small, crowded rooms, often short-staffed – and taking care of patients who have been through a lot! Austin always has a smile and a funny demeanor that makes you so happy to see him! I feel he made all the difference in me getting through a very, very difficult time! He is truly amazing! I wish there were more of him!!!
