My wife and I came to Samaritan to give birth to our second child. My wife tested positive for COVID-19 almost a week prior so she had been really anxious about that and how our time at the hospital would be. Matt Them was one of the nurses assigned to our COVID-19 delivery room. I was surprised to see a male in labor and delivery and I always thought you don't see that much. I will tell you this, he made our time there the greatest, most pleasant hospital visit my wife and I have ever had. He made us feel at such ease. He was so knowledgeable and caring in regards to his job. This being our second child we thought we knew what to expect but we were wrong. Matt did so much more for us than the previous hospital had done for us with our first child. He was there every step of the way giving knowledge and making us feel like we had been friends for years felt like we were at home or a BFF's house. We shared stories about our families and my wife wasn't anxious at all anymore. Huge shout-out to Matt, Great Job! He went like Buzz light-year says "to infinity and beyond" his call of duty.
