My brother who has Down's Syndrome came in with an upper GI bleed - very frightening with serious breathing issues. Raffi went over and above in his commitment to doing a thorough job for my brother. He went non-stop on his 7 pm - 7 am shift and never stopped caring about doing his job. Raffi spoke kindly to my brother always and to my family explaining everything and apologizing for doing the things to him that had to be done. My family has complete trust in Raffi and his dedication to doing the job thoroughly and compassionately. His attributes: kind, attention to detail, patience, sense of camaraderie, and team leader of care. Selfless dedication to his work - never saw him stop caregiving.
