Trenton advocates for his patients appropriately never backs down from a challenge, always offers a helping hand, and never says no when asked for a favor.
I wanted to reach out to you both about something that has been on my heart lately, Mr. Trenton Mobley. I think it is fair to say that he is the silent backbone of our nightshift, if not the unit entirely. I have had the gift and pleasure of working with him for almost 3 years and there is not a shift that goes by that he doesn’t teach me something new. Ever since I started here as a GN, Trent has been nothing but warm, welcoming, and beyond helpful. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. He advocates for his patients appropriately never backs down from a challenge, always offers a helping hand, and never says no when asked for a favor. Also, he spends time researching and constantly learning new things and spreads that knowledge freely and effectively. Whether he is the primary nurse or the ES, he always puts his patients first and cuts no corners. He is an amazing bedside nurse, coworker, and friend. I feel that he does not get enough credit for all that he does for not only the patients but for us as a unit. He is the “go-to” for every nurse. He lends a helping hand to every possible situation and provides a sense of calmness in the midst of chaos. He is a shining star that deserves to be recognized and honored.
