Our child was hospitalized. My son was being prepped for an MRI. Megan explained all paperwork and any questions or concerns I may have. Megan reassured me which was very important for me. Megan handled my son with gentle care very similar to how I would do. My fiance and I trusted her.

An hour later after the MRI was done and I was told to bring my son a bottle I entered the unit and saw Megan consoling my groggy baby. The hospital should be very proud to have someone as genuine as Megan on their team. Out of our whole entire stay, we felt the most secure and understood with Megan! I hope all families experience this level of care. I will forever remember the care she’s given to my son during the most horrific event of my life. Please let her know she made our stay there and we really appreciate her.
