Karin was fantastic in every way. She explained everything going on and what would be done from start to finish of my stay in the hospital, being prepped before my surgery and after the surgery. She watched over me and gave me the best care, every step of the way. She talked and visited and listened to me through my stay and all the way to meet my husband to go home.

Along with everything else she had to do for my care, Karin was very observant and if she had to step out of the room she came right back in when any care team member came in to do their job. Karin noticed the IV bag was not dripping to get the medicines in before my surgery. She took care of that. She helped unhook things (equipment) and hooked them back up each time I went to the bathroom. She ordered my lunch and coffee, brought me water and a Sierra Mist on ice. Karin also kept bringing me warm blankets before and after my surgery. She also called and explained things to my husband and let him know what time he could pick me up. She was so gentle and so caring, such a kind and special nurse. She took any fears of the surgery away.
