Amy is dynamic in her approach; she motivates others through explaining the need and getting caregivers involved.
Emergency Red Phones Preparedness: one of the critical steps for emergency preparedness including code cyber is to ensure each hospital department has the necessary emergency phones for communications. When TSP reached out to Amy for collaboration on the best approach to training four caregivers on the New Emergency Red phones, Amy stepped into motion to assist us by reviewing the communication email, the new phone directory, and location of the phones.
In addition to this, Amy has rounded on the nursing floors to ensure staff know where their emergency red phones are located and in doing so was instrumental in identifying a couple of areas that needed phones added prior to the downtime to ensure patient safety. Amy is dynamic in her approach; she motivates others through explaining the need and getting caregivers involved. Amy is an incredible stakeholder for our caregivers and ultimately our patients. TSP is grateful for your partnership on this critical need we had to ensure our day-to-day phone system is updated and that our Emergency Red Phones will serve a purpose that allows continued uninterrupted care of our patients.
