I called Leigh Ann the LeBron James of hitting veins.
First I would like to say, I am very grateful and thankful for Baptist North Mississippi. They provided great care, thanks for saving my life. I have no complaints about my care. There were several tending to my care. That was great!. There were two that went above and beyond. I was here three weeks before my room was really clean. It was a few who went the extra mile and picked up trash. Then there was this nurse.
Leigh Ann was super nice and not only made me feel comfortable but cleansed and mopped my floor, taking out the trash. Also after an unsuccessful and several attempts of nurses not finding m vein for an IV she came and got an IV started with one stick. I called her the LeBron James of hitting veins. Great Lady aka One Stick.
***
Leigh Ann redid my IV when I had been poked many times and it never hurt and didn’t until the day I left. She was gentle and kind. She took the time to distract me with conversation.
Note: This is Leigh Ann's 2nd DAISY Award!
