Adam is a very special individual and an extremely skilled nurse. What made him remarkable is how he takes time to build a relationship with his patients. He treated me like he would have wanted to be treated if he had been in my situation. He understood my pain and the trials that I was going through with my amputation.

Adam demonstrated caring and compassion throughout my care. He is very knowledgeable in his job and took the time to explain the procedures that were being done. If a request was made by me, he set about to accomplish it as efficiently as he could. No matter how trivial the task, he set about to do his best. He is an asset to the nursing profession and should be recognized for his kindness, his knowledge, and most of all for his compassionate care.
