I’ve been going to Kaiser & the Everett Clinic for many years now for Remicade Infusion. I’ve never met a more compassionate person/nurse when it comes to her patient’s health. Lana's compassion, optimism, and kindness do not go unnoticed. Because of Lana Charles we live a happier and better life. She’s always so kind, professional, and goes above and beyond her duties to help me and other patients in the infusion room going through their health issues and needs.

She’s always explaining what’s going on and listens to our questions and concerns about our health. Lana also sits with us and chats a bit. When she has other work to do just to make sure we are comfortable and at ease, making sure we are hydrated and have water and we are warm with blankets always concerned about our well-being. Getting my infusion on a regular basis isn’t a lot of fun but having a nurse like Lana Charles makes the whole appointment so much more at ease and comfortable; going to Lana Charles I am assured I am in excellent and professional hands! She’s always making me laugh, making my ½ to 3 hours go very fast. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart.
