Gloria Rusk, LVN has been at Parkland for quite some time. In the past, she worked as an LVN in the inpatient areas and went to the clinics several years ago as a member of Centralized Staffing. She is a person who is very strong in their clinical skills and has a true passion for cardiology. Gloria represents the best of Parkland's circles. She demonstrates compassionate care and employs integrity in her care of patients.

Gloria demonstrates an interest in her patients. She employs a friendliness that connects her with her patients and strives to familiarize them with all aspects of their care here at Parkland. As a Parkland employee, she works to educate our patients to meet their healthcare needs. She is someone who takes an interest in her patients, remembers them from clinic appointments, and makes her patients know that she cares as she works with the team for positive outcomes.

I worked with Gloria for many years when she worked inpatient as an LVN. She was one of the last LVNs to work inpatient. She was one of the strongest clinical nurses that I have ever worked with in this hospital. I knew when Gloria worked with us on a unit, that we would always have a good shift. She gives 100% to her patients and fellow team members.
