I had unexpected surgery for a broken wrist recently. I spoke with Nurse Josie by phone the day before to set up my procedure. The next morning, she was the one who greeted me. She was a bright ray of sunshine on my scary day. She took care of my needs medically and as a person, so caring and concerned. She was so warm but very professional at the same time. Thank you. Thanks to all the nursing staff.

My cousin was a patient in Outpatient Surgery. She had an EGD and Colonoscopy, which showed her having ulcerative colitis. At home, she continued getting worse and was admitted to the hospital. She had to go through outpatient surgery to get her covid test and this takes a while. While waiting on this, she was doubled over in pain. I think it was Josie that put in an IV and started fluids because she was dehydrated. Josie and Becky put a gown on her and put her in a bed. They did everything they could to make her comfortable. These two wonderful nurses went above and beyond to help her and make her more comfortable! We are so grateful to both of them!! My cousin was released two days later and is doing better now. Please let them know how much we thank them for their kindness.
