Kyle goes above and beyond every day he works. Whether it be starting IVs for other nurses or covering monitors for breaks, there is never a time he is not around to help. Kyle was working charge and the CCT assigned for the day hurt her ankle coming into work and ended up in the ER. Kyle sat on monitors while waiting for the CCT to return to work while still maintaining charge tasks, managing the beeper, and assigning patients all while watching monitors.

Kyle recognized a patient that was not well. A call was made and he had someone watch monitors while he ran up to that floor and helped assist with the patient. Kyle was recognized for all that he does. Not only is he an asset and cornerstone to the unit but he is an asset to this entire hospital.
