If I had to choose one moment, of many, that Chelsey made a meaningful difference in my career -- it would be my first transfer after coming off nursery orientation. We were insanely busy and the patient happened to be a close friend of mine, which made the whole experience much more emotional. Regardless, Chelsey was charge and went out of her way to be by my side through the whole process, and spent time to debrief with me - which was incredibly important in this situation for me. That's just one of MANY instances where she has changed my career. Chelsey is the type of nurse you want to be "when you grow up". She cares so deeply for her patients and gives 110% at EVERY shift. She has made a difference in my life and touches the life of every patient she encounters. She is a true DAISY Nurse.
